1. Service Agreement

Safarnama Tourism (CE Number: 009487102970) provides travel planning and booking services including:

  • Tour package arrangements
  • Hotel bookings
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Travel consultation services
  • Custom itinerary planning

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings require:

  • Completed booking form with accurate information
  • Valid identity documents for all travelers
  • Payment as per the specified schedule

2.2 Payment Terms

  • 30% advance payment to confirm booking
  • Full payment required 30 days before departure
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or approved credit cards

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Charges

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package cost

Note: Some special packages may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.

4. Travel Documentation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Valid passport/ID with minimum 6 months validity
  • Required permits and visas
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Medical documentation if applicable

5. Changes and Modifications

Safarnama Tourism reserves the right to:

  • Modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons
  • Adjust pricing due to significant currency fluctuations or fuel surcharges
  • Cancel tours due to insufficient participants or force majeure

6. Liability and Insurance

While we take utmost care in providing our services:

  • Safarnama Tourism acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers
  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travelers
  • We are not liable for third-party service providers' actions or circumstances beyond our control

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking
  • Follow local laws and regulations
  • Respect local customs and traditions
  • Maintain appropriate behavior during the tour
  • Adhere to tour schedules and guidelines
